saturday 2nd october – alice boxall

Growing up in Cheltenham, Alice Boxall drew on influences such as Damien Rice, Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran to start writing her own music at age 18. Layering her own vocals with an acoustic guitar, Alice creates stripped back, mellow, acoustic music around themes of love and loss. Her debut EP ‘Rhythm of the Rain’ was released in May 2021, and was featured on BBC Radio Gloucestershire and the BBC Airwaves Festival. Check her out on spotify here.

She joins us from 9pm on Saturday 2nd October, singing some original songs and covers from artists such as Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, Britney and Bonnie Tyler to name a few.
